Sales Representative, Orlando Florida
As a Padgett Business Services Sales Representative, you will meet with local business owners and operators to explain our products and services. You will not be expected to service the accounts long-term that will be done by our accounting and tax professionals. Your job is to qualify prospects, set appointments, and close sales!
Approximately 10-15% of all small businesses are unhappy and willing to switch from their current accountant. Our ideal candidate is relentless; they will do whatever it takes to “Hunt” down and close these small business owners. This candidate must enjoy the “Hunt” and be willing to utilize all methods necessary to generate their appointments and close the sale including telemarketing (appointment setting), email marketing, direct mail, and referral marketing. This candidate knows more appointments equals more sales and money earned!

A typical day on this job will include both pre-call marketing activities and meetings by appointment. You will manage this entire process: selecting targets from our database of small businesses, executing a series of mailings, calling to set appointments, follow up on prior appointments, and then working to close the sale. You will use state-of-the-art CRM software to manage your contacts and schedule.
Your compensation will be a combination of base salary, commission and bonus — including a bonus on every new customer you develop! The more new customers the more you earn!
